Minsan sa mga panahon na tayo ay nagtatanong sa ating mga sarili kung bakit hindi daw nakakamtan ng taong bayan ang siyang mga kanilang karapatan sa ating pikamamahal na lugar, At Minsan tayo rin ay nagtatanong kung bakit hindi daw naman gumagawa ng sapat na hakbang ang ating local na pamahalan para bigyan ng solution ang mga sinasabi nilang problema
Ano nga ba naman ang mga problema na mayron ang Baloi?
Baloinians! Pag usapan po natin ang mga sinasabi ninyong problema sa Baloi para malaman natin kong ito nga ba ay mayron mga basihan at sa gayon ma-enlighten ang mga kapatid natin na hinde pa marahil nakakaalam sa mga sinasabi ninyong problema.
Mangyari po, napansin namin na lagi natin napag-uusapan ang ating local na pamahalaan ngunit samantala hindi po sila nakakasagot ng matiwasay para i-defend ang kanilang sarili, so lumalabas po na KAAWA AWA NAMAN PO SILA. Ngayon sa debate naito, inaanyayahan po namin ang lahat ng members na makilahok sa kahit anong pamamaraan or kahit saan kayo papanig para po bigyan ng kabulohan ang siyang mga haka haka na hindi naman mabigyan ng sapat na paliwanag.
Nang dahil magkakaroon po tayo ng USAPAN or discussion, hiniling po namin sa lahat ng makikilahok na daanin po natin ito sa professional way katulad ng mga ibang forum na nangyayari sa iba't ibang organization.
Ingatan po natin gumamit ng mga BAD WORDS, at lagi po natin tatandaan na gagawin natin ang debate naito para po sa ikagaganda ng ating lugar, gayun para malaman din natin ang katotohan behind sa ating LOCAL NA PAMAHALAAN.

sagot sa problema sa baloi ay wala ng iba kung hindi magkaisa sa lahat ng gawaing mabuti at pananampalataya sa ALLAh Subhanaho wataala. specific solution is that to stop ellegal drugs operation in our beloved Baloi, this is the main source of crime and will be resulting a disaster life in our town.

Salaam. Indeed, yes you two's right that the illegal operation in our hometown must be stopped. Infact, that's the main reason of the subject No.5 started by our web admin. "Bakit walang investor or mga factory sa Baloi?" because the prospect investors are afraid of thier security. But to stop that, it cannot be done by one man, we should work and plan together which according to the current Vice-Chairman for Community and Islamic Affairs of the Baloi & Lanao del Norte Muslim Expatriates Associaton, Datu Omar Ali Yahya says that; sagot sa problema sa baloi ay wala ng iba kung hindi magkaisa sa lahat ng gawaing mabuti at pananampalataya sa ALLAh Subhanaho wataala. For Mr. Macaumbang tama ka na only the Mayor has the full authority and power to eliminate those criminals at siguro she cannot do that without the help and support of her constituents. Lets us help and support her administraion for the benifits of the IBALOIN.

With all your respect, before we will jump into conclusion and name someone whom we can blame on, i dont if it would be the right word "to blame on", but the point is we cannot make an overnight change, it takes to two to tanggo. Yes, true! Local chief executives like the mayors are only the authorized person to execute laws and ordinances, but that ordinances to be executed and implemented by the mayors will come from the SANGGUNIAN BAYAN MEMBER. It is now the SB MEMBER who will enact the ordinances, will undergo thorough procedural steps with the local legislative body, once it is approved, the mayor then will execute the laws. NAINO O MAPHAMANGDAO AKN SKA ARIKULAY PERO SWEEPING STATEMENT LANG YAN SAYO. We have different procedural steps to follow and comply with.

Yes, you're right on your statement that; "but the point is we cannot make an overnight change + but that ordinances to be executed and implemented by the mayors will come from the SANGGUNIAN BAYAN MEMBER" Legally, that's true but sa situation natin ngayon sa Baloi regarding sa DRUG PROBLEMS ay hindi na siguro kailangan hintayin ang mga SB na gumawa pa ng ordinance dahil alam natin kung gaano na kalalim ang problema na yan esp. now. The Baloinians concerned are watching and waiting for the Brave and Brilliant action of our elected LGU's to eleminate and eradicate the DRUG PROBLEMS in Baloi.

you have the point but this can only be done and materialize thru the joint action from the police force, the community at large and the LGU's. I challenge you, we have the so-called CITIZEN'S ARREST in our 1987 CONSTITUTION, you can do it personally, arrest those drug pushers, that's one of your right enshrined in our constitution.

We are not competing the Authority in Power nor challenging them. Remember we are talking about DRUGS!, if the authority can't do something, how much more for us. Yes, in our Constitution there's a so-called Citizen Arrest, but there's no probation that we can carry Firearms which we need importantly to arrest those People. We choose them because we rely on them, not to challenge them!

True, we can't carry firearms if it was not licensed otherwise we will be charged of ILLEGAL POSITIONS of firearms but that's not end there. We can licensed and registered our firearms so that we could carry it everywhere we may go. We choose them? WHO? Are you referring to the LGU's in particular? Probably you have the point. But for me it sounds ridiculous if we choose them because we rely on them?? ON WHAT PARTICULAR ASPECT? ARRESTING DRUGS PUSHERS?? CHANGES START FROM US PER SE. It is the people of Balo-i themselves who can start changes from and among themselves. If we are concern enough, then do something good FOR THE BETTERMENT OF OUR COMMUNITY.
